This study is comparing ovarian reserve (egg supply) in women with multiple sclerosis (MS) versus women without MS, to understand whether the disease or its treatments affect fertility potential. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 25 and 35 years old - You are able to have children (reproductive age) - If you have MS: you have been diagnosed based on the McDonald 2017 criteria - You speak French without comprehension difficulties - You are covered by health insurance **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had ovarian surgery (such as cyst removal or removal of an ovary) - You have Turner syndrome or a fragile X genetic condition - You have endometriosis with significant ovarian damage Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
