This study is looking at IVF and ICSI (assisted reproduction) outcomes in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal condition that affects ovulation and fertility, to better understand which factors predict success. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with PCOS based on standard criteria, which may include: irregular or absent ovulation, signs of excess male hormones (clinical or from blood tests), and/or polycystic-appearing ovaries on ultrasound **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a hormone-producing tumor (in the ovaries or adrenal glands) - You have congenital adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome, or diabetes - You have had repeated IVF failures - You have significant uterine abnormalities, severe endometriosis, or other immune/blood disorders - You have chromosomal abnormalities Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
