Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study investigates primary aldosteronism (PA) — a condition where the adrenal glands produce too much aldosterone, a hormone that raises blood pressure. Researchers want to understand why aldosterone levels vary over time and improve how the condition is diagnosed. **You may be eligible if...** - Doctors suspect you have PA but you haven't fully met the standard diagnostic criteria - You have low renin levels or abnormal sodium/potassium levels suggesting possible PA - You have been diagnosed with PA but had borderline aldosterone results that didn't quite qualify for confirmatory testing - Your aldosterone levels have been inconsistent across different tests **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have signs or symptoms suggestive of primary aldosteronism Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
