This study explores the experiences of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who have taken part in clinical trials — including what motivated them to enroll, what the research process was like for them, and what challenges they faced along the way. The goal is to use these insights to make future OCD clinical trials more accessible, more patient-friendly, and better designed to meet the needs of people living with the condition.
