This study is testing whether the Cionic Neural Sleeve — a wearable device that stimulates leg muscles electrically to assist with movement — can improve walking ability and mobility in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). **You may be eligible if...** - You have relapsing-remitting or progressive MS and are between 22 and 75 years old - You can walk at least 15 minutes a day, 5 days per week (with or without an assistive device) - Your walking speed on the 25-foot walk test (T25FWT) is between 8 and 45 seconds - You have adequate cognitive function to complete the assessments **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device that could be affected by muscle stimulation - You have skin conditions or open sores on your lower legs - You have had significant changes in your MS medications recently - You have dementia or severe cognitive impairment - Your walking test results are outside the eligible range Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
