This trial is testing a mental health treatment program called the Unified Protocol (UP) to help children aged 7–17 in Miami-Dade County who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD symptoms. **You may be eligible if...** - Your child is between 7 and 17 years old and lives in Miami-Dade County - Your child and you (a parent or caregiver) can speak English or Spanish - Your child is showing elevated emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD (confirmed by screening) - A parent or caregiver is able to participate in all visits alongside the child **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your child has already received 8 or more sessions of the Unified Protocol (UP-C/A) - Your child's primary concern is not within the emotional disorder domains addressed by this program (e.g., only a behavioral disorder) - Your child cannot safely participate in the program due to severity of other conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
