Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Optic Neuropathies

This trial is testing hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen inside a pressurized chamber) as a treatment for optic neuropathies — conditions where the nerve that connects the eye to the brain is damaged, causing vision loss. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18 or older - You have clinical evidence of optic neuropathy (nerve damage to the eye) - You can follow the study schedule and attend all visits - You can give informed consent (or have it read to you if your vision is too impaired) **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You cannot follow study procedures or follow-up visits - You have clouding of the cornea or other clarity issues in the eye - You have participated in another drug trial in the past 3 months - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You are a child or in a coma - You have claustrophobia or difficulty equalizing ear pressure - You have had hyperbaric oxygen therapy within the past 6 months - You abuse drugs or alcohol Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
