Study of Inflammatory and Physiological Profiles of Healthy and Diseased Lung

This study collects lung tissue and fluid samples (via a camera procedure into the lungs called a bronchoscopy) to study the biology of healthy lungs and diseased lungs in people with airway conditions, hoping to better understand lung inflammation. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You either have a known or suspected airway disease, OR you are a healthy volunteer with no significant medical conditions - You are able to give informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have known or suspected active tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C - You have had surgery in the last 6 weeks - You are pregnant - You have a history of psychiatric, medical, or surgical conditions that might interfere with the sample collection or recovery from bronchoscopy - You have a history of alcohol or drug abuse - You have an immune deficiency requiring treatment - You cannot read or write English Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
