Tuberous Sclerosis Complex and Lymphangioleiomyomatosis Pregnancy Registry (TSC-LAM Registry)

This registry is collecting information about pregnancies in women who have tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) or lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) — rare genetic conditions that can affect the lungs, kidneys, and other organs. The goal is to better understand how these conditions affect pregnancy and vice versa, and to guide future care. **You may be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You have a clinical or genetic diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) or lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) - Or you carry a variant of uncertain significance in the TSC1 or TSC2 genes and are pregnant - Or your baby's father has TSC and you are pregnant **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not pregnant - You do not have TSC, LAM, or a relevant genetic variant - You do not meet any of the listed diagnostic criteria Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
