This study tests whether psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy (using a single guided dose of psilocybin, the active compound in "magic mushrooms") can help reduce depression, anxiety, or existential distress in people living with advanced, incurable cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic cancer that is not curable, including lung, kidney, bladder, prostate, head and neck, ovarian, breast, gastric, cervical, anal, or MSI-high cancers - Your cancer has progressed despite at least one prior standard treatment - Your disease is stable enough for study participation - You have significant psychological distress related to your diagnosis **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer is early-stage and potentially curable - You have a history of psychosis or conditions that make psilocybin unsafe - You are currently in a mental health crisis - You are taking medications that would interact with psilocybin Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
