Early Detection of Advanced Adenomas and Colorectal Cancer

This study is developing a blood test to detect advanced precancerous polyps (adenomas) and colorectal cancer earlier. Participants provide blood samples around the time of their colonoscopy so researchers can compare blood test results with what was actually found in the colon. **You may be eligible if...** - You are scheduled for or have recently had a colonoscopy - At least one blood sample was drawn before any curative treatment began - You have received standard diagnostic procedures as per local medical guidelines **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome (such as Lynch syndrome) - You have inflammatory bowel disease - You have not provided written informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
