This study tests a form of psychotherapy called natural psychotherapy (inspired by nature-based and mindfulness approaches) for people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or compulsive behaviors — conditions where unwanted repetitive thoughts and behaviors cause significant distress and interfere with daily life. **You may be eligible if...** - You have a diagnosis of OCD or compulsive behavior disorder - Your symptoms have lasted for at least 12 months - You are between 15 and 60 years old - You can participate in the full study including in-person assessments in Beijing **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a serious physical illness such as stroke, cancer, Parkinson's disease, or Huntington's disease - You have a condition that would prevent safe participation in this therapy - You cannot attend in-person sessions in Beijing Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
