This study is testing whether two medications — adebrelimab (an immunotherapy drug) and apatinib (a drug that blocks blood vessel growth in tumors) — can work together to maintain remission in people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (a fast-growing type of lung cancer that has spread beyond the lungs) after initial chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (confirmed by biopsy) - You have not yet received any treatment for this stage of the disease - Your general health is good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0–2) - Any brain tumors are stable and not causing symptoms **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other systemic treatment for this cancer - You have active autoimmune disease or are on immunosuppressive therapy - You have severe heart, liver, or kidney problems - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
