Segmentectomy After Induction Therapy (SAINT)

This study (called SAINT) is testing whether a smaller lung surgery called segmentectomy — which removes just part of a lobe — works just as well as the standard larger surgery for patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer who responded well to pre-surgery treatment (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or both). **You may be eligible if...** - You have confirmed NSCLC that has been treated with pre-surgery (neoadjuvant) therapy and your tumor is now 3 cm or smaller with no visible lymph node spread on imaging - You received any type of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or combination - You can understand and sign an informed consent - You are healthy enough for surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor is still too large or has spread to lymph nodes - You have not received any pre-surgery treatment - You have serious health conditions that would make surgery too risky Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
