Occupational Therapy and Registered Dietitian Services to Reduce Fall Risk Among Home Delivered Meal Clients

This study is testing whether adding occupational therapy and dietitian visits on top of home-delivered meal services can reduce the risk of falls and improve nutrition and overall safety for older adults who receive meals at home through the LifeCare Alliance program. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 60 years old - You are eligible for or currently receiving home-delivered meals through LifeCare Alliance - You are unable to safely and independently leave your home - You do not have a caregiver who can regularly prepare meals - You have a working freezer and microwave or oven - You live within the service area (5-county region) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 60 years old - You are able to leave the home safely and independently - You have a caregiver who prepares your meals - You lack the home appliances needed to store and reheat the meals - You live outside the service area Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
