This study is testing whether transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) — a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific brain areas — can reduce persistent hearing voices (auditory hallucinations) in people with schizophrenia whose symptoms haven't improved with standard medications. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia - You continue to hear voices despite trying at least two different antipsychotic medications - You are able to communicate in French - Women of childbearing age must be using contraception and have a negative pregnancy test **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have metal in your skull, uncontrolled epilepsy, or a cochlear implant (these are safety risks for magnetic stimulation) - You have an unstable medical condition - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You are currently enrolled in another research study - You are a minor Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
