It specifically focuses on care workers' perspectives and practices during their shifts. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a care worker with a formal qualification as a nursing assistant, dependency care technician, geroculturist, or equivalent - You speak and understand Spanish - You work day or afternoon shifts at a residential care facility - You have worked at the facility for more than 4 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You only work night shifts - You rotate through all departments of the facility - You are currently on leave, vacation, or otherwise absent from work during the study period Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
