This study is collecting urine samples from women having gynecological surgery to see if proteins in urine can help detect ovarian cancer or track how it progresses. It is a research study, not a treatment trial. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older scheduled for gynecological surgery - You have been diagnosed with a pelvic mass, malignant ascites (fluid that may suggest ovarian cancer), or a condition like ovarian cyst, uterine fibroids, or adenomyosis - You are willing to provide urine samples **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a prior history of any cancer - You have chronic kidney disease or kidney failure - You are already receiving treatment for your current condition - Your diagnosis is unclear from pathology Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
