Phase II Study of Ivonescimab and Cadonilimab in Combination with Chemotherapy in Patients with ES-SCLC

This study is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (ivonescimab and cadonilimab) along with chemotherapy as a first treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), a fast-growing type of lung cancer that has spread widely. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–75 years old with confirmed extensive-stage small cell lung cancer - You have not yet received systemic treatment for this cancer (or had prior limited-stage treatment with chemoradiotherapy that progressed more than 6 months ago) - You have measurable disease on imaging - Your general health is good (ECOG 0-1) and life expectancy is at least 3 months - Your organ function (blood, liver, kidneys) is adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had other active cancers in the past 5 years - You have active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment - You have active brain metastases causing symptoms - You have active hepatitis B or C - You had a heart attack or major cardiac event in the past 12 months - You have severe or uncontrolled infection Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
