This clinical research study is to learn about the feasibility, safety, and effects of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for cancer survivors with depression and/or anxiety.

- You are 18 or older
- You have had a solid or blood cancer (not in the brain) and currently show no evidence of disease

**You may NOT be eligible if...**

- You have serious heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure
