TRIPS - Treatment to Improve Depression and/or Anxiety Using Psilocybin-assisted Psychotherapy in Cancer Survivors

This study (called TRIPS) is testing whether psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy — a guided therapeutic experience using a psychedelic compound — can help cancer survivors who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or grief triggered by their cancer diagnosis. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have had a solid or blood cancer (not in the brain) and currently show no evidence of disease - Your cancer treatment ended and you've been cancer-free for at least 6 months - You have been diagnosed with a mental health condition (such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or adjustment disorder) that your doctor believes was caused by the cancer experience **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer is currently active or in the brain - You have a personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia - You are taking certain psychiatric medications that may interact with psilocybin - You have serious heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
