Comparison of Clomid and Lezra With Lezra for Ovulation Induction in Clomid Resistant PCOS Case

This study compares two fertility medications — Clomid (clomiphene citrate) and Letrozole (sometimes called Lezra) — in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who have not responded to Clomid alone. PCOS is a hormonal condition that can make it harder to ovulate and get pregnant.
