Efficacy of Simbrinza and Rocklatan vs Cosopt and Latanoprost

This study is comparing two different combinations of eye drop medications to see which is more effective at lowering eye pressure in adults with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma. One combination is Simbrinza + Rocklatan, and the other is Cosopt + Latanoprost. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma - You are currently using both Cosopt and Latanoprost eye drops together for at least 1 month - Your eye pressure falls within a specific range at baseline - Your corneal thickness is within a normal range **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had eye surgery or laser treatment in the past year (except certain laser treatments more than a year ago) - You have known allergies to any of the study medications - You have uncontrolled systemic health conditions - You have significant corneal disease or other major eye problems - You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
