This is a research study analysing stored tumour tissue samples (from past biopsies or surgeries) from children and young adults who were diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma (a cancer of muscle-like tissue) to look for specific molecular patterns that might predict outcomes or guide future treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You were diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma at any point between age 0 and 25 - Your diagnosis was confirmed by pathology - You were treated at the Oscar Lambret Center (France) between January 2005 and November 2024 - You (or your guardian) have not objected to the reuse of your tissue samples or data for research **You may NOT be eligible if...** - No tumour tissue sample (preserved in FFPE block) is available from your original biopsy or surgery - You are currently under legal guardianship or trusteeship and consent cannot be obtained Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
