This study is testing a patient navigation program designed to help women who are at high risk of developing breast cancer take steps to manage that risk. A trained navigator guides women through options such as genetic counseling, risk assessment, clinical breast exams, and medications to reduce cancer risk. **You may be eligible if...** - You identify as a woman who is non-Hispanic Black or non-Hispanic white - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You have been identified as potentially high risk for breast cancer through a screening program - You have never been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer - You are in the early stages of decision-making about breast cancer risk management — you either haven't heard of the options or haven't decided whether to pursue them **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer - You believe cancer cannot be prevented and have already received guidance from a specialist - You are already actively pursuing risk management strategies Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
