This study evaluates a minimally invasive mastectomy technique using a laparoscope (a small camera), combined with immediate breast reconstruction using a chest implant and simultaneous fat grafting, in women with breast cancer or those having preventive mastectomy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old - You have a newly diagnosed unilateral breast cancer with an invasive tumor no larger than 5cm - You are having a preventive mastectomy - You agree to all study procedures **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread to distant organs - You have had prior breast surgery that would complicate reconstruction - You have serious medical conditions that make surgery high-risk Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
