Summary

The purpose of this study is to to explore the safety and efficacy of the EXOPULSE Mollii suit, a full-body electrostimulation suit, for individuals with neurological or neuromuscular conditions that cause spasticity, hyperreflexia, and/or pain.

Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study is testing a full-body electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) suit — a wearable device that uses low-level electrical impulses to stimulate muscles — in people with neurological conditions that cause spasticity (muscle stiffness), pain, or exaggerated reflexes, including multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–75 years old - Your doctor has cleared you for physical activity - You experience muscle spasticity, pain, or hyperreflexia due to a neurological condition, OR you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis or fibromyalgia - If you have MS: you can walk independently or with support, have not had a relapse in 3 months, and show measurable spasticity **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a pacemaker or metal implants in the areas being stimulated - You are pregnant - You have epilepsy or a seizure disorder - You have active skin conditions, wounds, or inflammation in areas the suit covers - You are currently having a flare-up of MS Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

This is a simplified summary. Always discuss eligibility with your doctor before enrolling in a clinical trial.
