Interventions

DRUGTarlatamab

Cycle 1: 1 mg on day 1, followed by 10 mg on days 8 and 15 Cycles thereafter: 10 mg every two weeks, in cycles of 28 days Treatment continues till unacceptable toxicity or disease progression
