Participants began oral administration of ruxolitinib at 5 mg QD; Methylprednisolone (1mg/kg)

DRUGMethylprednisolone

Methylprednisolone 2mg/kg/d , iv or iv gtt for at least 1 week, then taper according to the clinical response.
