This study is evaluating whether a structured exercise test (called cardiopulmonary exercise testing, or CPET) can help doctors better assess heart and lung function in patients with heart disease, and whether its results can guide treatment decisions more accurately than standard tests alone. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with heart disease (such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or valve problems) and are being evaluated for further treatment - You are stable enough to safely complete an exercise test on a bicycle or treadmill - You are willing to attend the required assessments - You are at least 18 years old **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had a recent heart attack (within the past 4 to 6 weeks) - You have severe heart failure or other conditions that make exercise testing unsafe - You have significant lung disease that limits exercise - You are unable to exercise due to musculoskeletal or neurological problems - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
