This is the MVP (Modifiable Variables in Parkinsonism) study — a long-term online survey research program tracking people with Parkinson's disease or related movement disorders over time. The goal is to identify everyday lifestyle factors — such as exercise, diet, sleep, and medications — that may slow down or worsen the disease, helping researchers develop practical recommendations for patients. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, parkinsonism, or a related condition (such as Multiple System Atrophy, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Corticobasal degeneration, or Lewy body dementia) - You have access to the internet and can use a computer with basic proficiency - You have an active email address - You are willing to complete online surveys approximately every 6 months for up to 5 years (each survey takes about 90 minutes) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You cannot read or write in English - You are unable or unwilling to commit to completing surveys every six months over the study period Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
