This study is tracking outcomes for cancer patients who receive dental implants or other dental reconstruction after cancer treatment (particularly head and neck cancer), to understand how well these dental restorations hold up over time in people who have had cancer surgery or radiation. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with cancer (particularly head and neck cancer) - You are receiving or have received dental implants or prosthetic dental work as part of your cancer rehabilitation - You are being treated at a participating dental or cancer center - You consent to have your dental and medical outcomes tracked over time **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have not undergone or are not planning dental rehabilitation - You are unable to attend follow-up appointments - You have serious uncontrolled medical conditions unrelated to cancer Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
