Prospective Endoscopic Follow-up of Patients With Submucosal and High Risk Mucosal Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

This study is tracking patients with a specific early-stage esophageal cancer (called submucosal or high-risk mucosal esophageal adenocarcinoma) after they have had a procedure to remove the cancer using an endoscope, to monitor for recurrence and understand long-term outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with submucosal or high-risk mucosal esophageal cancer found in a tissue sample removed during an endoscopic procedure - Your diagnosis has been confirmed by a specialist gastrointestinal pathologist - You are willing to sign a consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously had this same type of early esophageal cancer - You also have a different type of esophageal cancer (squamous cell) at the same time - Imaging suggests your cancer may have spread to lymph nodes or distant organs - The cancer was not fully removed during your procedure (positive deep margins) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
