Surface Monitoring Technology to Remove The Mask - Stage 1

This study is testing whether surface monitoring technology (cameras that track your precise position) can be used instead of the traditional plastic mask that holds patients still during radiation therapy for head and neck cancer, to improve comfort without compromising accuracy. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18 or older with a head and neck cancer diagnosis (any stage) - You are receiving radiation therapy and are currently fitted with a thermoplastic immobilization mask - You have an ECOG performance status of 0–2 (able to manage most daily activities) - You can read and complete questionnaires in English **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have significant cognitive impairment that prevents you from giving informed consent - You are unable to speak or read English Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
