This is a national registry study in China collecting detailed clinical data from patients with various adrenal gland diseases. The goal is to improve understanding of these conditions, how they are diagnosed, and how well different treatments work over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 16 and 75 years old - You have been diagnosed with an adrenal gland disease, such as Cushing's syndrome, primary aldosteronism, adrenal insufficiency, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, adrenal tumors, pheochromocytoma, or adrenal cancer - You are willing to provide written consent and follow study requirements **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your life expectancy is less than 2 years - You have a history of drug abuse - You have AIDS, syphilis, or an active serious infectious disease such as active tuberculosis at the time of enrollment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
