The goal is to create reliable tools that patients and caregivers can use to report their symptoms. You may be eligible if: - You are a parent/caregiver of a child (aged 2-12) with nephrotic syndrome and current swelling (edema), OR - You are a patient aged 8 or older with a primary nephrotic syndrome diagnosis and current swelling - Your kidney function is above a minimum threshold (eGFR > 25 ml/min) - You are able to read and understand English You may NOT be eligible if: - The patient has been on dialysis for the 3 months before enrollment - You have a significant other chronic or severe health condition affecting how you feel (for patient cohort) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
