By identifying patterns early, doctors may be able to intervene before serious decline occurs. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes - You are between 40 and 80 years old - Your cognitive screening score (MoCA) is in the range of 19–30 (normal to mild impairment) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a very low memory test score (MMSE under 24) - You have been diagnosed with another form of dementia, severe depression, or schizophrenia in the past 2 years - You have a neurological condition such as a brain injury, recent stroke, or brain tumor Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
