This study is testing a combined therapy called Integrated Suicide and Trauma Therapy (ISTT) — a structured talking therapy — for people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts and have a history of childhood trauma. **You may be eligible if...** - You are experiencing current suicidal thoughts above a certain threshold on a standard assessment - You have experienced childhood trauma (such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse or neglect) - You have at least one psychiatric diagnosis - You are able to give informed consent and understand the therapy in English - You are not currently receiving another form of psychotherapy **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have active psychosis (such as hallucinations or delusions) - You have cognitive difficulties that would prevent you from understanding the treatment - You are unable or unwilling to give informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
