This study is testing whether taking amino acid supplements (the building blocks of protein) during hemodialysis sessions can improve strength and energy levels in people with end-stage kidney disease who require dialysis three times a week. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 64 years old - You have end-stage kidney disease and have been on hemodialysis three times a week for at least 6 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an allergy to amino acids or the supplement ingredients - You have recently had a documented COVID-19 infection - You are already taking amino acid or protein supplements - You have active substance use issues (alcohol, drugs) - You have active heart failure, active cancer treatment, or major depressive disorder being treated with antidepressants - You have chronic liver disease - You have a stroke with lasting disability - You have conditions affecting hand strength that would prevent completing grip tests Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
