This study is evaluating radiofrequency ablation — a minimally invasive procedure that uses heat to shrink nodules — for benign (non-cancerous) thyroid nodules in LatinX patients, a group historically underrepresented in thyroid research. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older and self-identify as LatinX - You have a benign thyroid nodule that is causing symptoms (such as discomfort, difficulty swallowing, or visible swelling) - Your nodule has well-defined edges on ultrasound and is surrounded by at least 2mm of normal thyroid tissue in all directions **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding - You have a cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, or other electrical medical devices - Your nodule is malignant or not predominantly solid (must be more than 50% solid) - You are on blood thinners or dual antiplatelet therapy - You have an acute illness or blood pressure above 140/90 before the scheduled procedure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
