This study tracks the long-term outcomes of patients who receive the Medacta shoulder replacement system, looking at how well it functions and what the X-rays show over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old - You need a shoulder replacement for conditions such as osteoarthritis, a torn rotator cuff, a fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, bone death (avascular necrosis), or a revision of a prior shoulder replacement **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a current malignant (cancerous) disease - You have a confirmed or suspected joint infection - You have functional problems in other parts of the body that would affect your shoulder recovery - You have a known allergy or incompatibility to the implant materials Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
