This study observes conversations between patients with benign (non-cancerous) thyroid nodules and their doctors to understand how communication patterns, patient satisfaction, and shared decision-making affect treatment choices. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a benign thyroid nodule - You are scheduled for a consultation with a doctor (endocrinologist, surgeon, or radiologist) to discuss treatment options - You are 18 or older - You speak and understand Italian fluently - You agree to have your consultation audio-video recorded **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a diagnosed mental or neurological condition that would impair your participation - You do not speak Italian fluently Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
