This study provides a patient navigation program — a dedicated support person who helps patients overcome real-world barriers to getting care — for women diagnosed with breast cancer or pre-cancerous breast changes (DCIS) who face obstacles to accessing timely treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman (assigned female at birth) aged 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) - You face at least one barrier to getting care (for example, lack of transportation, insurance issues, or housing instability) - You are willing to participate and accept navigation support **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have a current or suspected diagnosis of breast cancer or DCIS - You have a previous history of any cancer - You were assigned male sex or intersex at birth - You are unwilling to follow the program requirements Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
