This study is collecting information on patients who undergo a minimally invasive thyroid surgery performed through small incisions in the chest (via a breast approach), rather than the neck. It aims to study outcomes, complications, and recovery after this type of surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are having thyroid removal surgery via the breast approach (endoscopic thyroidectomy) - Pathology after surgery confirms either a benign or malignant thyroid tumor - Pre-surgery imaging shows no spread of the tumor outside the thyroid - You have no contraindications to general anesthesia - You prefer this approach for cosmetic reasons (avoiding a neck scar) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already had this type of surgery - Imaging shows the tumor has spread outside the thyroid - You cannot safely undergo general anesthesia Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
