This registry is collecting long-term data on children who receive deep brain stimulation (DBS) — a surgical procedure that implants a small device in the brain to deliver electrical signals that help control abnormal movements — for neurological movement disorders. **You may be eligible if...** - The patient is between 0 and 18 years old - They have received or are scheduled to receive deep brain stimulation for any neurological movement disorder (such as dystonia or Tourette syndrome) - Parents or legal guardians can provide written consent for prospective data collection **You may NOT be eligible if...** - The patient is older than 18 years - Parents or guardians are unable or unwilling to provide written consent - The patient has not received and is not scheduled to receive DBS Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
