Integrated Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder and PTSD

This trial is testing an integrated treatment approach for people who have both opioid use disorder (OUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), combining medication-assisted treatment with trauma-focused therapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 70 years old and English-speaking - You have been diagnosed with both opioid use disorder and PTSD - You have some memory of the traumatic event connected to your PTSD - You are already on a stable dose of medication for opioid use disorder (like methadone or buprenorphine) for at least 1 month **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have unmanaged psychosis, mania, or bipolar disorder - You are considered an immediate suicide risk - You have another substance use disorder where that other substance is your primary concern - You are already receiving evidence-based therapy for substance use or PTSD outside of your medication program - You have a serious medical condition requiring urgent treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
