This study is testing ultrasound-guided thermal ablation — a minimally invasive heat-based procedure — as a treatment for thyroid nodules that are classified as Bethesda III or IV (meaning the cells look abnormal but it is unclear whether they are cancerous), particularly in patients who want to avoid surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - Your thyroid nodule has been classified as Bethesda III or IV on a fine-needle aspiration biopsy - Your nodule tested negative for the BRAF V600E mutation (a marker associated with papillary thyroid cancer) - There is no evidence of spread beyond the thyroid on imaging - You are not able to have surgery or you have declined surgery - You have had at least 12 months of follow-up **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your biopsy shows clear signs of cancer (follicular neoplasm or malignancy) - Your imaging does not show any suspicious features - You have vocal cord paralysis on the opposite side - You have less than 12 months of follow-up data Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
