This study is looking at treatments for teenage girls and young women who have irregular or absent periods (a condition called oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea) that is not explained by other hormonal disorders. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a young woman aged 14–19 - It has been at least 3 years since your first period - You have infrequent or absent periods **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You never had a period (primary amenorrhea) - Your irregular periods are caused by adrenal gland problems (like adrenal hyperplasia) or Cushing syndrome - You have high prolactin or significant thyroid problems - You have been using hormonal contraceptives or other hormone therapies in the past 6 months - You are currently on any other medications - You have taken myo-inositol or related supplements in the past 6 months Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
