Summary

This Study is a multicenter, non-interventional, observational, ambispective (retrospective-prospective) study to evaluate clinical and demographic characteristics, approaches to therapy in outpatients with COPD and frequent exacerbations in the Russian Federation. Planned number of Study site is 35 outpatient centers with experience of treatment of COPD with frequency exacerbations in about 30 regions in Russia.

This registry study is following patients with moderate-to-severe COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) who keep having frequent flare-ups (exacerbations) despite being on inhaled medications. The goal is to better understand this high-risk group and inform future treatment strategies. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have a confirmed diagnosis of moderate-to-severe COPD - You have had at least 2 moderate flare-ups or 1 severe flare-up in the past year - You have been on two inhaled COPD maintenance medications for at least 6 weeks **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already been on triple inhaled therapy (ICS/LABA/LAMA combination) in the past year - Your COPD is caused by a genetic condition called alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency - You have been diagnosed with bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, or other serious lung conditions - You have severe asthma or other conditions that the investigator believes would interfere with the study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
