This study is comparing how quickly patients recover from two types of lung cancer surgery — sublobar resection (removing a small portion of the lung) versus lobectomy (removing an entire lung lobe) — using wearable devices and smartphone apps to track recovery at home after surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You are scheduled to have video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for lung cancer between March and December 2023 - Your overall health is good to fair (ASA grade III or below) - You have a smartphone and are willing to use a wearable device **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 - You cannot or will not comply with using digital tracking devices - You do not have a smartphone - Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes or distant organs - Your digital device data during hospitalization was incomplete Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
