Functional Social Support in COPD Self-Management

This study is exploring the role of social support — help from family, friends, and community — in helping people with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) manage their condition on their own. Researchers want to understand what kinds of support are most helpful and how they affect wellbeing and self-care. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 40 years or older - You have been diagnosed with COPD or are receiving treatment for it - You speak English - You have access to the internet **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness - You are currently struggling with substance abuse - You have another chronic lung condition such as lung cancer or asthma Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
